Armistice Day 1918

On the 11th month, the 11th day, the 11th hour in 1918, World War I ended.  In 1954, Congress passed the bill that President Eisenhower signed proclaiming November 11th as Veterans Day.  PVT Paul Cyrus Rhoads captured the jubilation of our troops in his diary while stationed in France.

The Great War had ended.  Our nation celebrated and thanked our Veterans.  Some gave all. All gave some!

God Bless our Veterans.
