Lieutenant Commander Garrett Kasper is a native of Chicago. Illinois, but considers Lisle, Illinois, his hometown. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations in 1996, and received his commission through Marquette University’s Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (N ROTC) program. Before his current assignment, Garrett was public relations officer for the Blue Angels. During this time, he lived in St. Peters Missouri and was on the Veterans Commission there.
