Stanard T. Wheaton

Stanard T. Wheaton was born 4-SEP 1914 in Kansas City and later moved to St Louis, MO.  His Father was Henry Myers Wheaton, and his mother was Esther Cornelia Tilton. He attended St. Louis Country Day School.  He was living in Dallas Texas working for the Stanard Tilton Milling Company when he enlisted on 23-SEP 1941.  His service number was 38044958 and served in the Army Air Corps.  He had two years of college education.  Lt. Stanard T. Wheaton was killed in action on 26-DEC 1944 in Libramont Belgium just a few miles outside of Bastogne.  He is buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery in St. Louis Missouri.
